The evolution continues. Here are the latest enhancements to your ediscovery and case management software.
At our Spring Product Launch, we announced the upcoming release of our new cloud storage integration features. See below for a preview of what’s included.
Solutions for a Cloud-Based World
Living and working in the cloud has become the norm in our modern digital world. Between iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, and more, most companies and individuals utilize cloud storage in some way. Our new cloud storage integration features will make it easier for users to import data from these other cloud platforms directly into Nextpoint.
Previously, users could only import data directly from a local hard drive. If it was stored in another cloud platform, they would have to download the data before importing it into Nextpoint. With these new features, users will be able to import data directly from other cloud sources while staying in the Nextpoint app. Coming very soon, users will be able to utilize this functionality with Dropbox, and we plan to add URLs, OneDrive, Google Drive, and Zoom throughout the year.
Easier Collaboration in the Cloud
These features make it even easier for you to keep all your work in the cloud. If co-counsel in a case doesn’t use Nextpoint, you can easily share data via another cloud platform and add it to your Nextpoint database for review. If opposing counsel prefers to share productions through one of these platforms, the importing process is quick and simple. You may also have custodians who have stored relevant ESI in the cloud, which you can now easily collect with their login credentials.
Nextpoint has been an advocate for the cloud since our inception 20 years ago, back when few believed in the power of this technology. These features are another step in our journey with the cloud, and we will continue to innovate new solutions that adapt to the expansive role of the cloud in our modern world.
