Built In is a leading resource for insights on Chicago’s tech sphere. Each year, they compile data on salary, benefits and culture to determine the best tech companies to work for in Chicago. Since 2001, we’ve strived to create a high-performance environment that promotes a healthy work-life balance and fosters close team relationships as well as individual growth. This recent recognition by Built In Chicago highlights that we are succeeding in our goal.

Still, our employees enjoy coming into the office – with free in-office lunch every day, a stocked kitchen and bar, and regular happy hours, it’s a pretty fun place to be. “I love being able to wind down the week and share a cocktail with my coworkers at 5PM on Fridays,” Lynne says.
We’re also dedicated to giving back to our community. As devoted advocates for due legal process and justice, we donate a portion of our profits every year to the Human Rights Watch organization. We also volunteer with Chicago nonprofits like Share Our Spare, Shoes that Fit, Cobra 31 Foundation, and Lemonade Brigade.
