A significant Nextpoint update scheduled for release this Saturday, Dec. 12 2015 will make exchanging and producing reviewed information simpler and more efficient.
Users will be able to save templates of their most-used export settings and apply them to future jobs, saving setup time and establishing consistency. This new process lets everyday Nextpoint users like attorneys and paralegals manage common tasks like:
- Exporting productions
- Sharing documents with experts
- Generating load files with specified information about your data
- Creating privilege logs
- Adding endorsements (i.e. Bates stamping, document numbering)
- Setting placeholder images for native files or files that can’t be directly imaged
In addition to taking advantage of these new templates, Nextpoint users will now be able to set placeholder images for specified file types and customize the fields that appear in document reports and load file exports.
More detailed documentation on all the new features in our Dec. 12 release can be found in the Nextpoint Help Center.
If you’re a Nextpoint client and would like to ask questions about these latest updates, please contact your Client Success director or support@nextpoint.com. If you’re not familiar with Nextpoint, fill out our free trial form to test the software yourself or set up a guided demo.
Note: Nextpoint will still be accessible to all users during Saturday’s update.
