In a recently published, in-depth software review, TechnoLawyer gave Nextpoint’s eDiscovery review platform its highest overall score, an A+. The review was written by Brett Burney, an experienced litigator and eDiscovery manager, a nationally recognized legal technologist, and founder of Burney Consultants, which provides professional consulting services to corporate executives and legal professionals. He also publishes the excellent eDiscovery Info blog. In the review, he gave Nextpoint a nearly perfect 4.9 on a 5.0 scale.

Brett had only small suggestions for new features, but noted, “my wish list is modest and will soon be granted,” identifying soon-to-be released enhancements, including new search filters. He was also pleased with Nextpoint’s pricing and cloud service business model. “You’ll be happy to know that Nextpoint lists its prices…. I continue to be impressed with Nextpoint’s quest to ‘democratize e-discovery.'”
In summarizing his review, Mr. Burney says,
“Nextpoint merits a nearly perfect TechnoScore of A+. It can compete toe-to-toe with just about any discovery review platform out there for any size case. Litigators of all stripes should give it a close look.”
Technolawyer is an independent and widely-respected publication in the legal industry, and Mr. Burney’s review is a detailed and thorough examination of the Nextpoint solution. We were especially excited to receive high marks from Brett, who we consider to be a true thought leader and influencer in the legal space.
